Our commitment
Your brand information is yours. We do not use the content you create in BrandConnector to train AI models or to generate examples shown to other customers.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, and authentication provider when you sign up.
- Template content: the brand information you enter into templates, drafts, and finalised documents.
- Billing data: handled by our payment provider; we receive transaction status, not full card numbers.
- Product usage: aggregate, non-identifying metrics used to improve the Service.
How we use it
We use your data to operate and improve the Service, authenticate you, process payments, send essential service emails, and respond to support requests.
AI processing
When you request an AI-assisted example or rating, the relevant template content is sent to a third-party AI provider to generate the response. Your input is not used to train AI models. We have agreements in place that prohibit those providers from using your content to train their models.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate BrandConnector (hosting, authentication, payments, AI inference) under contracts that require appropriate confidentiality and security.
Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit, row-level access controls in our database, and least-privilege access for our team. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your account data at any time from your workspace settings, or by emailing us. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. After deletion, backups are purged within 90 days.
